Chicken Enchilada Casserole

1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can of Rotel
1 small can of evaporated milk
1 medium onion, chopped
2 lbs. chicken, cooked
1 lb. grated cheddar cheese
1 package of nacho Doritos
1 green pepper

Mix the soups, Rotel, milk, onion and pepper. In a baking dish, layer Doritos, chicken, soup mix and cheese. Refrigerate for 24 hours and bake at 350 for 30 or 40 minutes.
